Social Runs

Sat 31 Dec 2011 - Meet 10:00 at Bowleaze Cove near Riviera Hotel for a fun/steady XC run. (Likely to be quite muddy!)

*To import GPS to Garmin Training Center for download to your Garmin:

The GPS files are Garmin CRS but your browser may insist they are .xml files. If so, right click the hyperlink (S M or L) and choose Save Target As (or similar), choose All Files in the Save As box and overtype the .xml  in the Filename to .crs

In the Garmin Training Center under File choose Import to Current User Account, Courses. To send to your Garmin select the course file and click the Send to Device icon.
