Winter Wear
Looking to get some trail shoes, I like asics for fit would you recommend them?

also what about running bottoms for winter what do you recommend?

Salomon Speedcross 3's seem to generally come well recommended (get 1/2 a size larger) - I realise they aren't Asics though. I tend to run in Adidas Kanadia as my trail shoe (bit cheaper), and seem to be suitable comfortable.

Running bottoms? I hadn't realised you had switched genders. Man up and wear shorts ;-) I would rather my legs got a bit muddy/wet than my clothes!

Yep, Salomon Speedcross 3's are very good. ...and some good offers to be had if you don't mind the wacky colours!

I have Asic Fuji Elite, nice and light but mainly a summer trail shoe. Salomon speedcross 3 are my winter shoe, nice and grippy. Matt ha ha "man up" lol. Rule 5.
