Sunday long slow run
Something different for Sunday's long run. Leaving Trumpet Major pub at 08:30, running to Riviera, entering and running the Weymouth Bay 10k, then running back to Dorchester. Total distance should be around 20 miles.

RE: Sunday long slow run
What time are you planning on getting the Riviera for? Depending on how much fluid I wash the curry down with I might not want to drive to Dorchester, so I might just meet you over there, and then run back to Dorch with everyone else and back to Weymouth again....

RE: Sunday long slow run
Sounds like a mad plan. Count me in. Worse case scenario if my knee screws again I'll ditch after the 10km and bus/train back to Dorchvegas.

stu Cool

RE: Sunday long slow run
Curry and long runs spoken in the same sentence is very apt!
