For each race the fastest female and male club runners each score 30 points, the second fastest 29 points, the third fastest 28, and so on.

The final score for each runner is calculated by adding together their best 8 results.
If two runners have the same number of points, the order will be determined by the runner with the most number of first places, or if they have the same number the most number of second places etc.

Prizes are presented at the club dinner for the following categories:

• First seniors
• First vets over 40
• first vets over 50
• Any runner completing 8 or more races
